    食品伙伴网讯   据加拿大卫生部消息，3月4日加拿大卫生部发布公告，修订添加剂列表，批准苹果酸氢钠（Sodium Hydrogen Malate）作为被膜剂用于部分食品。

    据了解，目前加拿大已对苹果酸氢钠作为被膜剂进行评估，安全性符合要求，因此批准其用于口香糖、无糖饮料、糖果与明胶甜点粉。

    As no safety concerns were raised through this assessment, it is the intention of Health Canada to enable this food additive, as described in the information document.
